AI Algorithm Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking an AI Algorithm Engineer to develop and deploy AI models for our smart building / IoT product line. You will work on computer vision, edge AI inference, and model optimization for embedded platforms.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and deploy AI algorithms for company products, focusing on computer vision and edge AI inference

· Design, train, optimize, and deploy AI models

· Port and tune algorithms on embedded platforms in collaboration with the hardware team

· Track frontier AI technologies and evaluate their application in product scenarios

· Write technical documentation and participate in technical reviews

Requirements

· Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Automation, Mathematics, or related STEM fields

· Solid foundation in machine learning / deep learning; proficient in PyTorch or TensorFlow

· Project experience in computer vision, NLP, or edge AI

· Proficient in Python; knowledge of C++ is a plus

· Good English reading skills for academic literature

· Eligible under Hong Kong RTH subsidy (STEM Master's/PhD, any university)


Hardware Structural Design Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a Hardware Structural Design Engineer to lead the mechanical and structural design of our smart hardware products, from concept through mass production.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead structural design and optimization for smart hardware products

· Design product enclosure, internal stacking, and thermal management

· Drive prototyping, reliability testing, and mass production ramp-up

· Collaborate with PCB, ID, and process teams to resolve structural-electronic-thermal trade-offs

· Produce structural drawings, BOM, and process documentation

Requirements

· Master's (preferred) or Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, Materials, Industrial Design, or related fields

· Proficient in SolidWorks or Pro/E, and AutoCAD

· Experience in consumer electronics or IoT product structural design

· Familiar with injection molding, die casting, CNC, and common manufacturing processes

· Experience in thermal design or reliability testing is a plus

· Eligible under Hong Kong RTH subsidy

PCB Design Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a PCB Design Engineer to handle multi-layer board design, high-speed signal integrity, and EMC compliance for our hardware products.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle PCB design and layout for hardware products

· Design multi-layer and high-density boards; manage high-speed signals and power integrity

· Lead EMC / EMI design and remediation

· Collaborate with structural, hardware, and process teams on PCB prototyping and board bring-up

· Produce Gerber files, stencil files, and manufacturing documentation

Requirements

· Bachelor's or above in Electronic Engineering, Communications, Automation, or related fields

· Proficient in Altium Designer or Cadence Allegro

· Experience with 4+ layer multi-layer board design

· Understanding of high-speed signal and EMC design principles

· Hardware debugging experience; able to use oscilloscopes and other instruments

· Eligible under Hong Kong RTH subsidy
